7 Ton Forklift Fly Jib Crane

The CC165 is a 7 t forklift jib crane, also called a forklift fly jib crane, and the largest in our range. It hangs on the fork carriage of a 10 t counterbalance forklift, has a 180 kN·m maximum lifting moment and works from 2.5 m out to 15.2 m. It needs a hydraulic supply rated at 80 L/min and 20 MPa, and the crane weighs 2,000 kg.

Which forklift the CC165 fits

A forklift jib crane has no outriggers: the forklift is its counterweight. That is why the CC165 is matched to 10 t forklifts, and fitting it to a smaller forklift would tip the forklift forward long before the crane reached its rating. The forklift mast lifts the whole crane, so mast height adds hook height before the boom moves: up to 17,500 mm with a 3 m mast and 19,000 mm with a 4.5 m mast.

How much the CC165 lifts at reach

The 7,000 kg rating applies only close to the mast. Like every moment-rated crane, the CC165 lifts less as the hook moves out, within its 180 kN·m limit. Ask us for the current CC165 load chart drawing and we will check your heaviest load at the radius you need before we quote.

Forklift fly jib crane or mobile crane fly jib?

On a mobile or crawler crane, a fly jib is an extension pinned to the tip of the main boom to gain extra height. A forklift fly jib crane such as the CC165 is a different machine: a complete hydraulic crane that turns a forklift you already own into a small mobile crane for factories, yards, building sites and pits. Compared with a simple fork-mounted jib, it luffs, telescopes and folds back in front of the mast for travel.

What we need to quote the CC165

  • Forklift make, model and rated capacity from the data plate
  • Mast height and carriage width, plus a side photo of the forklift
  • Whether the forklift has an auxiliary hydraulic circuit
  • Your heaviest load, the radius it must reach and the highest point to lift to

Our engineers then confirm the model and the installation on your forklift. Figures on this page come from the BOB-LIFT technical drawings.

FAQ

Questions about the CC165

About the CC165

Can the CC165 lift 7 tons at full reach?

No. The 7,000 kg rating applies close to the mast, and the load falls as the radius grows towards 15.2 m within the crane's 180 kN·m lifting moment. Ask us for the CC165 load chart drawing for your working radius.

Which forklift does the CC165 need?

A 10 t counterbalance forklift. The forklift acts as the crane's counterweight, so send us its make, model and data plate capacity and we confirm the fit before quoting.

How high can the CC165 lift?

Up to 17,500 mm hook height with a 3 m forklift mast, or 19,000 mm with a 4.5 m mast, because the mast raises the whole crane.

How is the CC165 fitted to the forklift?

The crane frame hangs on the forklift's fork carriage, where the forks normally sit. We check the carriage width and class, and the forklift's auxiliary hydraulic circuit, so the crane base locks securely and the boom functions can be supplied.

Is a forklift fly jib the same as a mobile crane fly jib?

No. A mobile crane fly jib is an extension on the tip of a crane boom. The CC165 is a complete hydraulic crane that mounts on a forklift and turns it into a small mobile crane.

Ordering and service

Which configuration should we choose for this model?

Send your forklift model, its rated capacity and load center, the mast height, and the load and reach you need. Our engineers confirm the jib size before quotation.

How does the jib crane fit our forklift?

The crane frame hangs on the fork carriage where the forks normally sit, and the boom runs from the forklift's auxiliary hydraulic circuit. Send a side photo of the forklift, its data plate and whether it has an auxiliary circuit, and our engineers confirm the fit.

What is the delivery time, and which documents come with the order?

Lead time depends on the configuration, order quantity and destination, and we confirm it in writing with your quotation. Each order ships with a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus the product documents required for the confirmed order.

Is operator training provided?

There is no operator training at delivery. Your technicians are welcome at our factory in Xuzhou to learn the crane, the manual comes in English with other languages on request before the order, and our Service & Operation page has short videos on checks before and during lifting.

What after-sales support is available?

Send the model, serial number and a photo or video of the issue; our team guides the repair and ships the parts.
